I built this workspace to bring email and contact management together in my daily work. WizardMail connects IMAP and Gmail inboxes with tags, AI-assisted sorting, quarantine and briefings. The lead workspace shows who has been contacted, who has replied and which conversations need a follow-up.
02 / What I built
Unified inbox
Connected IMAP and Gmail accounts with folders, a reading pane, a mail editor, attachments and custom tags.
Sorting with oversight
Built AI-assisted sorting with editable rules, a review step, quarantine for suspicious messages and briefings to catch up.
Contact follow-up
Added a lead board with filters, contact people, sources, contact status and follow-ups. Conversation and call outcomes stay with the contact.
