Terms for using this portfolio. Terms for specific client projects are agreed separately.

These terms cover use of Felix Schumann's public portfolio at felixschumann.dev. The website presents projects, working methods and contact details. It has no online shop, registration or paid booking checkout.
2. Project information and enquiries
Project descriptions are provided for information. They are not binding offers for specific services, prices, deadlines or results. Contacting me does not itself place an order. Scope, fees, timelines and any further contractual terms for a collaboration are agreed separately.
3. Content and permissions
Text, design, images and other materials may be protected by copyright or other rights. Uses permitted by law remain permitted. Other reuse or modification requires permission from the relevant rights holder. Where linked source code or individual materials carry their own licence, that licence applies.
4. Acceptable use
You may browse and link to the website in accordance with applicable law. Consent requirements and third-party rights must be respected. Attacks on availability, circumvention of technical protections and abusive automated requests are not permitted.
5. Availability and external links
Content and features may be developed, corrected or temporarily restricted for maintenance. Continuous availability is not promised. Third-party websites are operated by their respective providers and are governed by their own information and terms.
6. Statutory rights
Statutory liability rules apply. These notices do not exclude mandatory legal claims or restrict statutory consumer rights.
